1st Annual Katie Centorbi Golf Tournament

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the First Annual Golf Tournament to honor Katie Centorbi. We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Golf Tournament which will benefit the Appendix Cancer Pseudomyxoma Peritonei Research Foundation (ACPMP). This tournament aims to bring together golf enthusiasts, community members, and businesses to honor Katie, as well as, support a worthy cause and aid in research to find a cure for appendix cancer. We are losing too many loved ones, of all ages, to what is still considered a rare disease, so therefore, funds are not directly allocated to Appendix Cancer. This golf tournament provides a unique opportunity for us to come together, have a great time, and raise funds for research, education, and awareness of ACPMP.

We hope you are as excited as we are for this fun-filled afternoon packed with golf, games, beverages, food, music and lots of prizes!

Donations

Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept donations through our foundation website. Our team has done our best to start the website and we still have a lot to learn. We will be accepting donations the day of the tournament, or if anyone would like to mail a check, that is an excellent way to donate, as well.

This foundation is just in its beginning phases, but will only improve and grow for life. Hopefully, by our next event, we will have a link on our website to make donations easy.

Lake Forest Country Club is a private Country Club nestled in the quiet community of Lake Saint Louis. It has been referred to as a hidden gem for golf enthusiasts and includes breathtaking scenic views from some of the highest points in St. Charles County. The golf course is designed by renowned golf course architect, Gary Kern, and has been proud to host many amateur and professional tournaments. Lake Forest Country Club is also a proud member of the 100 year-old St. Louis Men’s District Golf Association and the St. Louis Women’s Golf Association. Matt Sieffert, Lake Forest’s grounds superintendent, has maintained the grounds and greens for over thirty years and takes great pride in the always immaculate course. Lake Forest Country Club and its all around beauty, will not disappoint any of our guests.

Format

The format will be a four person scramble with fun games on various holes to ensure all skill levels will have a good time.

Dinner/ Awards

Dinner and Awards will follow golf along with an auction, raffle, LIVE entertainment and fun games! There will be an option to bring your spouse, or plus one, for dinner/ auction/ entertainment. Be sure to check back for updates and details!

We encourage golfers of all skill levels to participate and enjoy this day filled with friendly competition, networking opportunities and the chance to make a difference and support appendix cancer.
